Dear Mr. Hornack,
It has been a pleasure working with you on the many projects we have undertaken to date. I know how you must feel to know how successful we have been. I have enclosed a narrative case study of one of our projects. the date of printing the case study is November 19, 1997. Since that time, we have noted significant changes in the soil structure and tilth as it has begun the process of supporting vigorous plant growth. Our customer is very happy about the results to date and has issued another purchase order for one of the recommended follow-up applications. We will apply it on March 23-24, 1998, weather permitting.
We continue to receive calls about the ReclaMax products. I continue to stress the fact that we are site specific in our applications and must have a soil sample in order to adjust the formulation to fit the needs of the soil we are trying to remediate. I also stress that training and supervision to apply the products is a must. Many of our people understood the process we use. However, they were not sure enough of the application strategies and requested the additional training. I am very grateful we have the ability to adjust the formulation as the land we are treating varies so in the way it has been disturbed and/or abused.
I know some individuals are trying to equate our ReclaMax products to the EnviroMax and PlantMaster products found in your agriculture line. I must stress to these individuals that the base formula of the ReclaMax products contain many of the characteristics found in the agriculture line. However, any similarity stops there as the ReclaMax products are individually formulated to the site and contain many prescriptive chemicals.
Please feel free to share with any of your contacts.
Sincerely,
Gerald L. Cox
